Friday 18 February 2011 1 pm
Over the Winter, knitters from Easton and surrounding neighbourhoods made hats for people working at Junction 3. They came to visit the site and presented their hats to the builders.

Work starts at Junction 3
After long delays over the Summer work finally started on site in September 2010.
We are busy planning events to take place in the new year.
First off we have knitting hats for the builders, followed by a group from SPAN collecting and performing stories from local histories.
We’ll post dates and information about how to get involved shortly.
Do get in contact for further information.

Junction 3 Public Engagement Programme
Junction 3 is a mixed use development located in Easton, Bristol.
Junction 3 will serve the community of Easton. It will house an exciting learning and resource centre as well as provide a new home for the Trinity Road Library and facilities for Single Parent Action Network (SPAN). As part of the overall development, there will also be housing units and spaces suitable for office and community use available for letting.
The building works are due to start in May 2010 and to be completed November 2011.
During this time Davis & Jones will be working with local people and groups as Public Engagement Artists to build a relationship between the local community and Junction 3 development.
